IT STARTS HERE

Do you feel like you have tried everything and still have not gotten the results you dream of? Have you been on and off diets and fitness regimens? Have you ever been to a gym and thought, "I am not sure what to do here"? Sick and tired of feeling sick and tired?

Personal training may just be the solution you have been looking for. Personal training is specifically designed to fit your unique individual goals, fitness needs and experience level. Each session changes as you do!

HOW TO GET STARTED?

Take your first step to reaching your goals.

Step one contact me! I will conduct a strategy meeting with you either in person or via email where we will discuss the next three steps together!

Step two decide if you want to train one-on-one, with one or two of your closest friends or have a plan made for you that you can do on your own at home.

Step three establish your availability and how often you want to train. Are you available in the early morning, during the day, evening or on Saturdays? Do you want to do an hour lesson or half hour? I recommend that clients train at least twice a week for an hour at a time. This is proven to help clients retain knowledge and strength at a more productive rate than coming less often.

Step four determine what your goals are for training. Are you looking for weight loss, muscle gain or definition, flexibility, martial arts skills, increased dexterity, better cardio or health, to prepare for a competition or race? Now, we are ready to get started!
