My name is Ben and I am a personal trainer, strength & conditioning coach and certified nutritionist.

I empower individuals of all different fitness levels, experience, and age reach their goals!


I started my fitness and martial arts journey in 2009. I have over 7 years of experience as a personal trainer and have worked with UFC veterans, professional fighters, top BJJ black belts, Minneapolis Police Officers, AFL football players, the elderly and children with autism. I am considered one of the area’s leading strength & conditioning coaches and weight cutting experts for combative athletes.


In 2016, I earned my Apprentice Instructor Black belt in Muay Thai under Ajarn Chai and the World Thai Boxing Association. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) and Nutritionist (CNE) through NASM.


In addition to my extensive experience as a trainer, I also have been actively competing in Martial arts since 2009. I am now a Professional Mixed Martial artist with a combined 15 fights in kickboxing and MMA. I continue to train in Muay Thai, kickboxing, wrestling and hold a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.


I grew up in Champlin, MN and have two older brothers. I graduated from Champlin Highschool in 2008. I went on to get my Welder Certification and worked as a welder for 2 years. I quickly realized that I had a passion for fitness and decided to make a career change. I now live in New Brighton, MN with my wife, Katie. When I am not working with clients or training for a fight; I enjoy exploring new restaurants, traveling and spending time with my family.
